Trying to call home

I have a calling card that I'm trying to use to call home through Skype, but it's giving me so much trouble! I called customer service, and they didn't help.. at all. So I'm hoping it will work out fast! I need to call home!

I've never heard of using a calling card with Skype. That's probably why customer service couldn't help you - they were confused because you can't use a calling card with Skype. I could be wrong though, I've just never heard of it, and I use Skype to call home from Norway all the time.

To place a call from Skype to a normal phone (as apposed to a Skype phone) you have to purchase Skype Credit using a credit card or paypal account. To place a call to another Skype phone, it's free.

If you want to use a calling card you have to use a mobile phone, landline phone, or payphone. However, I am positive any calling card would be much more expensive than buying Skype credit.
